About Victoria (Vicki) Lauder Adams
Born and raised in California, Vicki served her home State for more than 30 years as a Law Enforcement officer. After retirement Vicki turned her heart for service to teaching and being a fervent advocate for all things health and wellness, by becoming a certified Health and Wellness Coach.
With Vitality Preservation as a top priority, she knows education is an essential link in creating your best life. Learning about your body and how it works is critical to your success. Belief that we are “fearfully and wonderfully made” (Psalm 139:14) and that God built us for Abundance is the foundation of Vicki’s zeal. Longevity alone is not enough, our years must be filled with robust strength and vigor to truly flourish. Think in terms of health span rather than life span.
Having witnessed the slow (and sometimes all too quick) deterioration of older relatives, Vicki was driven to learn all that she could about how to fight the ravages of time. Her husband asked, “Why can’t people just age gracefully?” Her response was “Oh heck no! I plan to fight it tooth and nail, every step of the way.”
Being disappointed with conventional medicine’s propensity to simply treat symptoms instead of getting to the root cause of the problem she knew we had to educate herself, and then others, to be our own advocates if we truly want to be healthy and thrive.
Her years of investigative expertise translated easily into being a “Diagnosis Detective.” Vicki often received calls from friends and family saying my doctor says …. what does that mean and what do I do about it? Like a dog with a bone, the research would begin and answers would be found.
Along the way in her personal journey to feel her best, mind, body and soul, Vicki met Energy Healer and Reiki Master Patty Campbell. Patty saw the natural healer in Vicki and trained and mentored her in the art of energy healing.
True health involves care of each of the elements that make us, us - mind. body and soul. All are connected and we cannot be in healthful balance without proper attention being given to each part. Caring for the mind, body, and soul means nurturing each aspect to create a harmonious balance. When these elements are in sync, overall well-being is enhanced, reducing stress and improving resilience. Mindful practices, physical activity, and moments of reflection work together to support a healthy, balanced life. Prioritizing this triad fosters inner peace, clarity, and vitality.
